At Aerospace Management Services (AMS) we offer a full range of aviation consulting services with a specialization in airline start-ups and airline restructuring and a focus on the African region. Our services & solutions cover the spectrum from preliminary planning and project design to negotiations, financing, and project implementation/management.

We utilize best practices adapted to local market conditions in order to provide tailored solutions to ensure success for each of our clients. We operate on a project basis or as part of an on-call service agreement. In either case, we work in tandem with our clients providing hands-on input and support.
